Dispatch

We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.  We aim to dispatch all items within 2-4 days of an order being accepted and paid for. If in any event there is likely to be a delay beyond 7 days we will contact you by email.

Who are we

We import our beads from a manufacturer based in India who use local people and artists to make and design their beads. We have been selling on ebay since September 2007, and if you would like to read our feedback report please follow this link

Stock

We aim to sell only items that are in stock and endeavor to keep our website up to date.  However in the event that we are unable to for whatever reason to supply an item, or to the quantity you have selected, we will contact you by email and offer you an alternative item without obligation on your part, or if you prefer a full refund.  Our obligation shall not extend beyond these alternatives.

Quality

Please note that due to manufacturing processes as well as items being made by hand we cannot guarantee that the colour matches are always exact, this can be due to computer screen resolution or even slight variation between manufacturing batches. Also due to the nature of handmade products, there will always be slight differences in colour, shape and sizes.

However it is our intention to ensure that all our images are current and up to date and reflect our current stock and will therefore show a true representation of the colours, sizes, shapes and quantity of items you will receive.

Returns Policy

We endeavor to provide our customers with goods meeting their expectations, and it is our intention to ensure they are 100% satisfied. Therefore if, for any reason, your purchase arrives with you damaged or is unacceptable, we will make every effort to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

You must notify us in 7 days of receiving the goods either by telephone or email sales@allmarshallgems.co.uk to either arrange an exchange or a refund (see cancellation rights below). If goods are returned without prior notification, or goods are returned undelivered, then the customer will be liable for a 25% re-stocking fee.

Cancellation Policy

If you place an order and then decide you do not want it, please email us as soon as possible to sales@allmarshallgems.co.uk. Providing the order has not been dispatched, you will be refunded the full amount including postage and packing. If you have already received your goods, you may cancel the order strictly up to 7 days after you have received your goods (see cancellation rights below). We will refund you the cost of the order less postage and packaging within 14 days provided you send the goods back to us in a saleable condition that are not damaged and this will be at your own expense, once received we will issue a full refund for the goods. (We cannot refund items if we do not receive them, therefore it is important that you use a reliable service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for which a signature is required to provide proof of delivery.)

Cancellation Rights

Under the statute laws for Consumer Protection and the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (which from time to time may be amended), You have the right to cancel your contract for the purchase of your goods at any time up to seven working days after delivery.

Cookies are only used on our shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, and also to store delivery addresses, all payment information and details are dealt with by PayPal.

If you do not want to order on-line, then we are happy to take orders by telephone, email, post or fax. However please be aware your order is not accepted or dispatched until we receive a cleared payment.

You will only become the owner of the goods once they have been delivered to you and accepted by you and from then on they become the responsibility and risk of the owner. On placing an order with us you are agreeing to a contract to accept the goods on delivery also as part of the contract is to communicate and respond any issues you may have with the goods or the company. However the seller shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising as a result of delayed delivery, irrespective of the cause.

We use a secure server to process your order on line for the goods on AllmarshallGems website, however the payment processing is made directly with PayPal on their secure server.
